of Beatitudes/Magdala/Jordan River. After breakfast, we drive to Caesarea Philippi where Peter recognizes Jesus as
the Son of God (Mat.16 13-20). We ascend the Golan Heights to see a presentation about the city of Gamla
and admire the Sea of Galilee from above. We then descend to visit the sites around it: Capernaum the ancient
synagogue where Jesus preached and the site of Peter's House. We then continue to Tabgha, the site of the
Multiplication of the Loaves and the Fish, the Mount of Beatitudes, and Magdala, home of
Mary Magdalene. At a nearby museum we see a fisherman's boat from Jesus time. Our last visit today will be
to the Baptism site at the Jordan River, where those who wish, may renew their Baptism in this unique place.
We end our day with dinner and overnight at our Galilee hotel.
Day 4: Friday 2 Oct. After breakfast we depart
the Galilee towards the Jerusalem. On the way we visit Nazareth to visit the church of the Annunciation (built
over the holy family's home). We also visit Cana where the first miracle of Jesus took place (turning
water into wine). Our next point today is Megiddo, the Biblical city overlooking the Valley
of Armageddon. Continue to Muchraka, Mt. Carmel, where
Elijah challenged the 400 false prophets of Baal. Continue to Bet Shean, the Roman city most preserved in
the Holy Land. Proceed through the Jordan Valley to Ein Gedi for the opening ceremony of the Feast
with dinner. Late night check-in into our Jerusalem hotel.
Day 5: Sat. 3 Oct. Jerusalem
the Old City. We start this magnificent day at the Mount of Olives with a panoramic view of both
the "old" and "new" Jerusalem, where we visit the Chapel of the Ascension and follow the path down the
Palm Sunday road to the Garden of Gethsemane and the nearby Church of All
Nations. We then take a short drive through the Kidron Valley to reach Absalom's and Zachariah's Tomb. We will enter the Old
City of Jerusalem through the Dung Gate; continue to Mount Zion (King David's
tomb) and the Upper Room, site of the Last Supper. We then travel to the "little town of Bethlehem..."
and it's Church of the Nativity and Milk Grotto. On the way back to Jerusalem we view the Shepherds field.

Here, in 73 A.D., 960 Jewish zealots committed suicide rather than surrender to the Romans. The plateau is reached via a cable
car ride with a spectacular view of the plains surrounding it. We will also have time to dip in the Dead
Sea rich with minerals, nature's gift to your skin. Ending our day with dinner and Feast Celebration.

where King David established Jerusalem before the Temple was built. Israel Museum,
